Rami is a fantastic host. Not only he will arrange everything you need, make sure you have a great time, but also share interesting stories over cups of tea.nThis is an excellent choice of houseboat to stay. The location is wonderful, overlooking the Nigeen lake. You can see kingfishers, herrings right from your room's window! Very peaceful and much nicer than the more commercial options on the dal lake. We had a wonderful​ time.
Interior and environment were good nice place to stay but the host charged for tea and water(breakfast was free) he didn't gave wifi password and also turned off ac connection and make sure to lock all window at night otherwise he will enter when you'll be sleeping as he did it 2 times with us
Only bad thing, a lot of mosquitoes because of the water.
