I would come back and stay again and I plan to! One of the best vacation homes I’ve been to, because it did feel like home. The beds were so comfortable and I loved that they were traditional made from walnut wood. Rooms were very spacious and the garden view was so nice. Love the flowers and greenery walking around the property as well.

Rooms were definitely the best part! Property overall is very nice and secure, and we found ourselves sitting in the garden most afternoons which was lovely. Loved my stay and would recommend this place !

Stayed with my family for a weekend trip and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Will definitely be back again. My recommendation is the sapphire room. It was the perfect size to accommodate the four of us.

I stayed for a two weeks with my family over the summer and had the best time. It was so nice to sit in the garden and have a cup of nun chai - the property is a dream! Aamir was so helpful and welcoming as a host. I’m so glad I discovered such a gem. If you’re coming to Kashmir definitely the place to stay for sure!

I stayed here with friends..I loved the house and Munir was super courteous,prompt and helpful..The owner Mr Amir has been a pleasure to talk to..The food cooked was mouth watering and I would love to go back mostly for the food..It was totally worth every penny and every minute spent here.. Breathtaking views of the valley,lake and the gorgeous mountains..A MAGICAL experience!!
