Excellent presentation, preservation and keeping up the tradition alive, a lesser known art form to people of today with the technological advancement, kalasree Ramachandran keeping the tradition and the art form alive with his family and for generations is really a great task. I met Ramachandra Pulavar during a SPIC MACAY conference. With a great detail and care he shared his artform with children and young people and gave us insights on the history of it. Kerala traditional Puppetry is an ancient artform and requires extensive knowledge of both its ritualistic and artistic aspect to perform it. Kerala Puppetry School is one of the very few traditional schools, which preserves the authenticity of the art, yet is ready to share this knowledge with modern generations in the way we understand it. Definitely it's worth a visit, I myself am looking eagerly for an opportunity to learn some basics of puppetry from the masters.
