Actually it's not much expensive but 30 rs entry fees is a big compared to the worth of time . The 1st floor is locked don't know why , but only accessing the ground floor won't give you much pleasure. Also I think the pond is not accessible as it is only oped for film shooting , so to be true and honest it is okay if you want to kill some time and if you are rich. Otherwise if you are looking for something to see and experience then it's going to be a complete waste of time . I definitely think that the entry fee is overpriced compared to the facility they provide us.

It's a very calm place. I would suggest to have a dressing room there for photo shoot purpose.

Its an experience of lifetime. The place which we seen in endless number of movies, and the atmosphere is just awesome. A must try place.
