This place provides hp laptops which are usually very preferably for a set of people...nBut for me the experience was pretty bad.nI bought an hp gaming laptop from here. As I didn't knew a lot about gaming laptops I happen to buy it without hesitation. After 2 months of use the laptop was suffering from thermal issues and I decided to give it for routine check up(To see if the pc has some issues). It took me a lot of time for them to reach back once I contacted their local helpline. The problem with my gaming laptop was while running some games it started to experience frame rate issues and game freezes while playing games. When we took if to the checkup they said that this gaming pc is not capable of running hight end games and suffers because of that. The game was running pretty fine once and I never experienced any lag before.nWhen I talked to my gamer friends they told that the fan might be blocked or something wrong with the overall perfect of the fan. The fact is the laptop runs pretty much every game with decent rate and I did a bit of research on that. But that fact that they said this is not capable of that made me write this review. THE GAME WAS RUNNING FINE FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. Plus the gpu was capable of handling it at low graphics. So yes if you want to go for classic laptops of hp it's ok to go for it. The service they provide for gaming laptop is pretty bad as they can't even do a proper cleaning of the cooling system. The laptop experience no issues other than gaming. So if you buy gaming laptops that are 70 k from here do understand that it won't be capable enough of playing most games. You cannot even complain. Either go for other brands or buy from other shops. Service for a gaming laptops are pretty limited here.
