i am frequent guest on this hotel and I have written a good review regarding this hotel but an incident that happened today with me made me to write another review. I booked a room over the phone yesterday and they said room is available and today i came to the hotel. On inquiring about my booking which is already confirmed, the receptionist said there's no room available and there's no booking done against me. I have travelled for 450kms and this type of service from the hotel is not all acceptable. When i called the manager, his phone is switched off. I will not suggest anyone for this hotel.

Not value for money ...Hotel staff is very slow. Bathroom is very dirty and room provided by hotel is like a hell.

Most worsted hotel, waste of money. Most unsafe n unhealthy environment. Food quality very poor. Room service very bed

I have myself recently stayed at this hotel. This is the the most hygienic hotel in dibrugarh with good rooms, friendly and co-operating staff. The management is very strict in terms of hygiene and service. the food is just awesome. I would suggest you take the thali which they offer in a good price.

I was there for a week for my quarantine along with my colleagues, prior to my Postgraduate admission in AMCH. My first room was worse than a chaang-ghor. The floor was dangerously shaky, room was dirty, and no cable connection. The receptionist cooperation and behaviour was worse. Although our tests came negative three times in a row in that week, the receptionist would treat us as high risk suspects and behaved around us as untouchables. Maintaining social distancing is one thing and rudely shouting to stay away is another.
