District Library, Churachandpur is located at Tipaimukh Road, NH-150 near Lamka Public Ground at Hiangtam Lamka, Churachandpur. Since it's renovation, it has different kinds of books from Academics to Novels to Fan Fictions.nnThe Library opens between 10am - 3pm from Monday - Saturday, except for 2nd Saturdays and is closed on Sundays. You can apply two types of Library cards v.i.z. i) Card-A, which lets you study in the hall & lend books, for ₹150 for a year, and ii) Card-B, which lets you study in the study cabin and also lend books, for ₹300 for a year. It is a very good place to study for those who gets distracted at home. Go visit if you haven't.nnPS: There is no wheelchair accessible entrance.nnEdit 1: It is now open from 7:00am till 9:00pm and also has WiFi network.nnEdit 2: You can apply Library card only during office hours. i.e. between 10am - 3pm. All you need is a stamp size photo and one Aadhar xerox copy.nnEdit 3: Cafetaria is now open and has coffee and cold drinks for now. More menus coming soon.nnEdit 4: The library is temporarily closed until further notice, because of curfew order by Dist. Administration.
