This temple is one of the great temple of western odisha. Which is situated side of the Mahanadi river which is also the longest river of Odisha. The location of this temple is great. You will have very good experiences when you will visit this temple.

A great spot in western odisha for people who have love towards deities and nature. You can enjoy the scenic beauty of the temple as well as its surrounding.

RING OF BELLS (GHANTA) AMIDST NATURE :)nnOne side view is uphill, other side view is the river.nnThis place has little bit of everything for everyone who visits. Temple has two ways where in one can reach directly to the temple through vehicle, other way is get down at Chiplima Dam and enjoy a serene view during walk beside the canal through narrow iron walk-bridge.nnPlace is very clean and well maintained. It's getting developed too and more are coming its way.nnBut with development through artificial structures, it is losing its earlier natural view. I had visited earlier in 2003 and then in 2021.nnIt's still a very beautiful place asnNature is still at its best along with the new modern man-made structures.
