North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores

We really enjoyed it! The staff were super nice! Not a lot of exhibits, but tons of information easy for the kids to read and understand! (Makes a difference for me) The Living Shipwreck was definitely a favorite for everyone in our little group. Make sure to check out the nature trail, too! The weather was perfect for it so we let the kids lead! The gift shop was cute and pretty decently priced!

This aquarium is fantastic. The staff is polite, informative and helpful. It has been updated. There are exhibits of many species; not only of seawater, fresh water; but the marshland, coastal lowlands, and dry land. You can tell it is well maintained. This gift shop is small, but nice.

I love this aquarium, they have great exhibits and it's a clean family friendly environment. The staff are really nice and are willing to give information about the wild/aquatic life at the facility. They playground was a nice addition as it gives the kids another means to burn off some energy. Truly a great experience there, and worthy of many visits.

This was my family's first visit to this aquarium. We've always visited the aquarium at Fort Fisher in Wilmington. We came down to Atlantic Beach to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Due to COVID-19 tickets have to be purchased in advance online. The prices are fairly reasonable and the aquarium honors discounts for NC Zoo members..The exhibits were Awesome!! My nephew loved the turtles and the sharks. My daughter loved everything! She even got a chance to pet a Sting ray. She really like the Jellyfish. This was a Great way to end an Awesome weekend for my daughter's birthday. I highly recommend visiting the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. My goal is to visit All of the NC Aquariums.

Not expensive very family friendly has an indoor and outdoor experience very beautiful. They have a free breakfast buffet and because of covid they actually bring it to your seat. They have dinner free Monday through Wednesdays and very nice people and beer and wine with dinner that is also free. They have game nights during the week and some weekends. It's like having family there. They are so awesome. The service was amazing. It was like visiting family at this hotel. I will definitely go back.
