Key West Aquarium

Very nice but small. Only took about 20-30 minutes to walk through. The cost is a little steep for what is there. Enjoyed it though and the staff was very friendly. The hands-on option was closed due to covid, so that was a bummer, but understandable. Thank you.

Cute little aquarium museum in the heart of Key West featuring local marine life in the area. I just wish they were a little more careful with water on the floor. I slipped three times.

The worst nearly $40 of 5 minutes of my time, maybe ever. What a joke of an aquarium. There’s barely anything there. It takes 5 minutes to go through. And the sea turtle they had wasn’t moving? It looked as miserable as a sea turtle could.nnI legit want my money back. I won’t get it but man, what a ripoff. Save your money and go to the aquarium adventure in Marathon.nnYou should honestly be ashamed charging $15-17 a person.

The kids and adults in our group had a great time at the aquarium. The employees were friendly and had lots of good information.

I am highly dissatisfied with my visit to the aquarium. I have never experienced an aquarium with such poor living conditions for the animals. My family left feeling extremely heartbroken. No creature should live the way they were. There were four or five sharks and a stingray in a shallow pool where they could barely move around and two turtles that had terrible shallow pools. In addition to this, the aquarium took at most a total of 10 minutes to walk through. I can't find anything positive to say about this place. I hope that things will change. This should have never been allowed to happen.
