It is an explored waterfall and third of the five waterfalls on Deo river that form Panchakunda having mythological importance and mentions in Puranas. This waterfall falls from same height as that of Dev Kund i.e. from around 50 feet. This place is around 60 km from Baripada and is situated in the Simlipal range in Mayurbhanj district. It is a big natural basin. The other four waterfalls are Amrit Kund, Ghrita Kund, Devi Kund and Dev Kund. Only Devi Kund and Dev Kund can be explored by general public as of now. In order to reach Haladi Kund one has to trek through difficult terrains for about 2 Kms from Dev Kund. It is highly suggested to trek in a group and take along any forest official or local villagers if they agree.
