Oldest library of Odisha, established in 1899 by The then Maharaja of Mayurbhanj Sri Rama Chandra Bhanjdeo in memory of Queen Victoria of British Empire who was celebrating her golden jubilee year of coronation. Now it is renamed as Sri Rama Chandra Library. A place of importance while you visit Baripada.
