no ventilation in bathroom Food is also very low quality once you booked a room staff behavior is magically changed they are so rude wrost experience ever

This hotel doesn't even deserve one star, it's that pathetic. My friends and I booked this hotel and I had already pre-paid for the room. When we reached the hotel for check-in, the receptionist there refused to check us in and instead tried to fleece us. He told us that Oyo prices for the rooms we've booked are not acceptable to him and therefore if we wanted to check in we will have to pay alot more in cash. Then a verbal spar ensued between the receptionist and my friend and the receptionist behaved rudely with us. It's scary how he turned all of us females away or maybe that's why he did it. My friend reached out to Oyo, but their customer care is inefficient and poor. Suffice is to say they couldn't help with much. I asked them what action they're going to take against this hotel but i think nothing is going to be done. The customer will have to suffer because of it.

Good rooms , facility is also good. Online booking is confusing, you have to pay double sometimes.nBut if you have money, you come and get the room without pre booking.
