Today I visited the HDFC Bank in Jalore to open a saving account. The staff was so rude and no one was following the covid guidelines.nI talked to the Manager and he was like we can't open a account for you.

Wrost experience with the Branch, Management is only and always trying to hold customers money in Bank..... And talking out of their limit unless naseccary towards quited and inactive actions..... I hope bank will guide the Branch staff for good functioning and building trust in peoples..,
