Reviews
We know that person as a lawyer who presents our case before the court in lawsuits. Black coats and white shirt paint are characterized by distinctive dress. They are known as Advocate, Advocate or Advocate Advocate etc. The lawyer has the legal right to submit and argue the court case. A person with a degree of specialization in law, who has a thorough knowledge of the law, as well as the ability, knowledge, skill, or language power to speak his words effectively.nnIn common parlance, we consider advocate as a lawyer and barrister. But do not get entangled in the game of these words. In Hindi, what we call an advocate, that speaks from any side, is called an advocate in English. A lawyer is a person who has a LLB with a law degree. Not every lawyer is an advocate, they have to pass an examination conducted by the Bar Council of India to get this degree.nnNow we understand the difference between a lawyer and a barrister. Both of them are law degree persons while the difference is that one who does a law degree while living indigenously is called a lawyer or lawyer while those who come from countries like England who study law are called barristers. This is an old orthodox tradition, there is no difference in terms of status.nnThousands of students graduate in law every year across the country. A lawyer can be made only after intensive study and practice in various judicial disciplines. This profession is full of the need for more knowledge and challenges. Till decades ago, people belonging to the wealthy class used to adopt this profession. Currently it has been normalized. In the changing global scenario, the advocacy profession is emerging as a service business.nnIf you have carefully seen a person coming out of the court, then he will always be seen wearing a black coat, this tradition associated with the special attire of lawyers started in England. It is said that in 1865 when King Charles II died of England's royal family, a state order was issued that the lawyer and judge in the court should wear all black coats. The tradition started from Britain today is practiced by all lawyers around the world. Black coat was made compulsory for lawyers in our country under 1961, it is considered a symbol of their discipline and confidence.nnEvery person wants to do service work by becoming something in life. I also dream that I can become a lawyer one day to help the oppressed society. In today's world every person is sold. The field of law and justice is also not untouched. In our system only those who grind are poor. As a lawyer, working with a sense of complete honesty and service, I will be most happy to bring justice to the system and the poor people persecuted by the rich.nnJustice received by delay is equal to injustice. This is the truth of our judicial system, for decades, lawsuits are sought by lawyers. Criminals often get acquitted by abusing this time and erasing the evidence. If I can become a lawyer, then the court will do everything possible to get justice to the people quickly. Most of the court cases are petty family fights. As a lawyer, I can take initiative for mutual reconciliation by becoming a social worker.nnAs a lawyer, I would like people to believe in justice and not consider it unsold. We have to awaken the trust of the common man to our courts. This can only happen when the dominance of money and power in the judicial system is broken. The common people should be empowered so that they came forward to give free testimony against the culprits. As a lawyer, I will be ready to help our law and order in every possible way to overcome the criminals who have lost money.
