Worst Service Ever Seen, No one responds to Email and Phone. I submitted GPA attenstation request a month ago. No response. too bad.

They care more about their preferred vendor than us. They took NO action when CGI and VFS had gave wrong promises. There is no response as well when VFS team flipping their words and escape from their mistakes. I'm still unable to understand the meaning and benefits of having same incapable CGI team with new label as VFS global.

I really appreciate the officers handling the queries via email. Very prompt and detailed responses. Kudos ....Keep it up please !!

Great and responsive service, I initially had an appointment for my passport renewal however due to COVID situation the appointment was cancelled and made through shipping. During the whole situation the consulate provided proper guidance and assurance. Appreciate the great support and timely response even during challenging situations.
