I've got my Ford freestyle serviced here thrice and the experience has been very good. The moment we stop at their entrance, a person would immediately approach asking for the requirements. Thereafter they guide us through the service manager, waiting area, checklist, inspection, service, test drive with the technician, billing and handover the vehicle neatly. Waiting hall is neatly furnished with good sofas, TV, AC, newspapers, washroom, tea/coffee, water, magazines etc.nnAll the staff are well behaved and polite. All the customers are given due attention irrespective of whether their vehicle is hatchback or luxury suv. They inform us before undertaking any replacement work so that we can see the same.nnThey'll callback couple of days after the service to check the satisfaction before we get the official followup call from Ford.nnGood efforts, hope this continues.

Time slot provided to me was 9 AM and they were on-dot to take in the vehicle and deliver it way ahead of promised time. This one is by far the best i have experienced so far with any Brand. **Mr.Saravanan** is a thorough gentleman under who’s leadership these exceptional high quality services are being provided.
