Although the designs are fine ,the % of wastage charged on gold ornaments is veryy high compared to other stores.nWe asked the sales person for the wastage charge and he didn't reveal it saying it can be looked into at the end.After spending 2.5hrs selecting stuff he came with the estimate price mentioning the wastage as 30% for most ornaments.We thought it was ridiculously high and came out dissatisfied and having wasted our time.

Although wide variety of ornaments there but staff is lazy .. We could not find suitable ring for my teenage son. Too much % wastage. Too slow in making billing even though it's not crowded.

My experience is very goodnI definitely recommend kalyan jewellers because it's far better then other stores in terms of price and transparency of charges.
