Customer service and other things are good however during this pendamic tym there are missing one very important SOP.. i.e. no temperature checking at the entrance.. really sad and risky.nThat's very casual approach during such a critical time.

They charge very high rates for everything and Wastage is too high. I order one ring of 15 grms and I gave 50000 advance and they took one month time for making ring and they made in 9.420 grams and I asked the sales person that I order 15 grams of gold ring but you made In less gold why..? They said some bla bla.... And They compromised me and next making charges when I ordered the ring the gold rate is 4180 × 9.240 grm = 39375 + 1460 GST + 9165 Rs MAKING CHARGES they charged me 9165rs for 9.420 wt gold they charge very high rates for ring Wastage is too high....

Chandanagar branch , very good response , present situation I don't want to step outside, they provide me vedio call option , and mr.shareef one of the employee doing all the things with so patience

Great customer service by sales executive Kiran. I am very happy for patiently explaning everything clearly and showing huge variety of collections. Models are unique. Ambience is good.

It's very nice shop....and staff also very good...but there's no car parking sufficient place.
