For mine its zero rating , unnecessarily they are charging extra amount even it's delay below 15 min so just think before your booking, even provided old car

No issues with the car I rented & no issues with the payments but Pathetic & Rude customer service by Srinivas . Chaitanya at B-Dubs location was very helpful and I liked Chaitanya's service. I hope Driven management reads this review & trains their employees how to deal with customers in a polite and professional way. I am not renting here again. They also charged me 2.5K for a broken (lose) spiler.
