Very worst.... No proper google map location, NO proper contact number, booked and struggled a lot... Service orientation business activities should not be lile this, i suffered a lot....

I was booked a car on 7 December on zoomcar including fuel but they gave me without fuel so then i filled it with my money (extra charge of that cost) so after that they didn't get back my amount till now.. so please take action on zoomcar company please.. even there commitment are useless they Didn't fill it after a month of period time..nI'd (JPS6NFYJS)

no contact care service no. and not refund the amount on time....shame on u zoomcar people who take the amount before riding if ride is success but what happen whrleb ride is cancel due to other issues....u taking amount elderly before riding....but when ride is cancel then as per protocol u should b return the amount what u hv charged from customer...

I made a booking and i had to get refund of 3000 which got debited dues to some technical issue. And these people doesnt have any customer care number. Until and unless u have a booking u will not br able to talk to them at anycost. I have total of 5000 rupees pending amount from them and its been more than 45-50 days. Tired reaching them via call no number, email no response. Dont use this application. Dont waste you time. Deiverzy and mychoize are far better than these. If you dont believe try booking from zoom car and face it urself.
