Worst service.. Do not opt for car rentals from this company, there are many pending refunds to customers since mid 2020 and they also charge you unnecessarily and especially do not pickup any vehicle from Nagole Metro station when you return vehicle the staff and manager are very rude to customers and manager at this location harasses people and he also does private dealings with customers, when complained this to Zoomcar customer care there is no response from them.

My refund not received till now .... Refund of 2884.0 for your booking JPS69CRU1 has been initiated to your original source. As per your bank, the amount should reflect in your account by Wed, 17 Mar 7:08nnTill now nothing was received and no option to reach call center .. and no one is responding to emails which I dropped .... Shane on you guys #zoomcar ... Waste service...

Love it new , new models are here for a drive i am very found of driving ...nAnd service is too good they give you sanitized well maintained vehicle.

Very bad service because in june month we have traveled through zoom cars from Hyderabad to vizag and once reached vizag we have submitted all details but not at received any refund amount Rs.5400/-from them when ever asking for it they are saying
