A scene of Stree movie was shot here.nBe aware of monkeys. It is really beautiful also peaceful.nSituated on a hillside, the temple is reached by climbing a long flight of stairs from the foot of the hill. Another approach to the temple is the steep flight of stairs which descends from near the fort Kirti Durg.

Jageshwari Mata Temple is one of the major temples of Chanderi.This temple is situated on a high mountain.nApart from the temple of Mata, many other temples and Shivling are worth seeing.nSlow water leaks from the mountains above this temple.nIt is necessary to go here with a little caution because a lot of monkeys bother here.
