BSNL Telephone Exchange

Very disappointed with the staff and broadband service. Since four days I am complaining regularly about the no internet problem!!nBut they do not even listen. They do not even callback. Some says contact maharajganj some says wait for sometime. These type of services should be banned. The staff has a ego of government service. We are paying bills regularly. Why a person chooses broadband??? Obviously for convenience but this one is causing inconvenience day by day. The problem started from the 10th day of installation when there was a storm then it resolved within 3 days.nBut this time, we are waiting from 4 days but still no network. Yesterday one of the employee said that the internet will start working before afternoon but no it is not working till now. Also one of the staff member said that i am in a meeti g i will call you back but it's been 3 hlurs but he didn't called and also when i called he is not picking up the phone.nWorst of all #bsnlnud83dude21ud83dude21

Very nice service...I visit for PUC code it was resolved within few minutes...very nice service....thank to all Bsnl officer...

Nice staff , friendly behavior

One of the worst Internet service provider. I opted for Bsnl ftth broadband connection in Aug 2020 since that day almost daily I have to raise complaint on Bsnl portal. Half of the time broadband is not working. Last month I relocated to new address and last month only I have raised address relocation request at Bsnl office. When I use to call staff, everytime they will misguide that they will get it done by today or tomorrow but from last 1 month no action has been taken, also the technician is not picking call as well. I tried to complain about this in Bsnl office also but no action has been taken but got to know that upper authority sitting over there are not providing them wire that's why they are misguiding me.nI'll suggest please do not go for Bsnl instead of that other service provider would be good option to be chosen.
