Safety and staff behaviour wise it is good. However, they should maintain better in this Pandemic conditions, outlet staff are not wearing masks at all and platforms are bit filthy. No cleanliness near catering outlets

This NELLORE Railway Station is the Main Station with 4 platforms with all weather shelter, East and west entries to Station that will reduce the traffic problems, all amenities were well like Drinking water, small refreshment stalls, restrooms, wheelchair entry ramps, Lift & Escalators Provision to change Platforms good help desk, ATM and well managed cleanliness, excellent Station....

Railway stand in covid 19 situation is maintained fantastically.

Decent railway station. A bit far from city available of public transport was not there. Only share auto or own service need to be there. Got good parking space for 2 wheelers. Easy to locate. Ola bike was available at this place. Escalator and lift facility was available. A 24*7 operational place with a good architecture of the entrance.
