Hotel Neelam Burdwan

The place is amazing. Best for birthday parties ... specially if you have more than 10 people you can get a cabin and the cabin has balloons ,good lighting for pictures....the only thing which disturbed me is all dishes tasted the same

This place always has that good old teast each and everytime i went to this place...the cuisines are great...the teast is amazing and its not super expensive as u might think , it's pretty affordable...the staff behaviour is always up to the mark...they know how to respect guests...i have always wanted to go back to this place its been so long but right after everything fixed i am definitely going..but for now staying at home is what we should do and keep our loved ones safe......but overall a 10/10 place ...:)

This is one of the best restaurant in Bardhaman. Food quality is satisfactory at a reasonable price. Staff behaviour is also good.

The hotel is not that good and pretty costly compared to the rooms and services offered, the bedsheets are torn and even if you complain they won't change it sighting they don't have spare bedsheets, lights in the room don't work properly, to switch on the AC you need to ask their permission, they don't accept card or UPI payments, they only take cash, foods are not delivered to your room, you need to visit the restaurant on the ground floor.nnOverall pretty bad experience, would not recommend this hotel to anyone, if you are planning to visit Bardhaman avoid this hotel.
