Overall an average to good experience when doing shopping online with Venus Jewellers. Increased rating because the gemstones ring i bought from them is real & in use by me. Still certificated only gemstones from a reputed lab should be sold.

I Was thinking to order my rasi stone and searching for its purity and authencity in online ..I found the venus jewels finally where I met all my expectations regarding the.. clarity purity and carats.The way my ordering process went on so smoothly.nI really appreciate their services and promptness. I’ve bought from Venus Jewellers before and been pleased with the product and service. This time I had a sapphire set in a ring and there were some problems, but they have taken measures to try to put things right. Despite the problems, I could not have bought a sapphire this large for such a good price in the UK.

I placed order for Pearl Ring they showed me a already casted ring so I told the sales person to make the ring in same cast (Design). When I went to collect the ring I found a lot of Similarity between the 2 rings so I asked the sales person to Show the ring which was already there in shop when I placed the order but to my surprise the sales person said that it’s been sent to the maker of The ring to make my ring . this is whatsapp time he could have WhatsApp the design to the goldsmith but he gave me the reason of giving it to making . They polished and gave me the same sample ring and took Rs.8700 from Me . When I confronted the sales person he didn’t deny nor accept his mistake . He told me he won’t be able to open his store next day and he will let me know the availability.i told him to get the sample ring So I can check with my ring as my new ring has got already lot of scratches inside of which I told him .nnI want a proper replacement or money backnnTill the time my query is not resolved I will keep on posting in review .nnThey say Customers are God but customers are not fools so Mr.Sandip Jain please look into .nnSales Person name is Vinod Chopda.
