Hi all please read an interesting Customer story of bread and butter in Big Bazar.nnI had placed an online order on 23rd May and it was showing delivery on 24th May, between mornings 00:08 Am to 09:00 am, I was very happy brought a bread packet to have breakfast with the ordered butter. The bread becomes toast bread but not received the delivery.nnAfter two days we tried to contact customer care but they were so busy putting me on hold to connect with customer care for around 10 to 15 min and felt sleepy again and finally I got connected with customer care and he assured me for delivery in two hour again I was happy and brought one more bred packet and waited for my butter, but again my bred become toast and I was very unhappy.nnNow its 8 days I lost only 16 bread packets which I purchased locally to have it with the butter I ordered, I lost 16 to 18 hours of my life in follow up, free depression, money lost. And what I have got is two complaint Nos., 1000 sorry helpless customer care executives and there manager who are very busy god knows for what? Only attending calls and assuring delivery in 2 hours. , it’s a great strategy to kill a person without any virus.nnI don’t know when I will have my bread and butter, hope not in heaven after I died.nnGood work Big Bazar keep doing the good work and enjoy our bread and butter.nnMy or ID 807996229 Please deliver in haven in 2 hour.nnComplaint No .BB32100554847 & BB32100574789.

A mall where you see minimal rush... And find a happy time always

If you know what you want and don't want to just dilly dally, this is a wonderful mall. It is small as compared to vast malls nowadays, but one can buy all the essentials here right from groceries to a wide range of clothes. Even mobile phone shops here are really nice and friendly. We love to dine in here and there is a wide range to choose from Frankie, chaats, Pizza Hut , McD, Barbeque Nation.. the list goes on... very nice place for shopping without wasting your time
