I had booked Renault lodgy, but they sent very old model of innova. when I went for booking I had seen lodgy the vehical was new and they also told me the registration no. of the vehical and later when I called them they said due to some technical problem it can't be sent...nThis is sheer unprofessional...

Worst experience, the driver does not know the routes. He took 5 hrs to drop us till Pune. I would not recommend it to anyone. Very bad facility.
