Poor cleanliness of the room and bedding. Not so responsive staff. Soap dispenser and hair dryer didn't work. Water issue in the hotel and the staff paid attention to it only after many phone calls. They were delaying by saying 10 minutes everytime we called the receptionand it took them 2.5 + hours for them to resolve it. Even after that, only dirty water was coming from the taps. Zero ventilation in the room, no windows and very congested space for 3 beds. Inflexible check in and check out timings, I have paid for two days and stayed only for one day, but still they didn't consider to stay for few more hours after 12.

We booked 3 rooms to accommodate our friends who visited to our marriage and giving review basing on their experience. Room size - 3/5 Aesthetics - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Cleanliness - 3/5 Location - 5/5 Safety - 4/5 The overall experience of guests is better than satisfactory and they didn't face any issues during their stay. However there are few shortcomings in terms of room size and features but that's compensated in pricing. Recommended for women and children.

This hotel entrance is on a small lane opp Bhima jewellery and not exact opp to Hotel Gateway. No parking, No restaurant, no boys to get food from outside. We have to depend on Swiggy & Zomato for food delivery. Rooms are cleanly maintained. Nice staff. Not as mentioned on web.
