What’s not to like! Rooms all well done. Given the limitations of being in the sanctuary, the staff there does a fantastic job. The food was really good and the views from various parts of the property are absolutely stunning. Looking forward to going back again soon.

A beautiful cottage situated in the between the lush greenery of Binsar wildlife sanctuary away from all the hustle of city life. It's the Place to relax, read and rejuvenate.

What a terrific place! A quaint spot hidden away in the thicket of Binsar sanctuary. Very elegant in its appointments, grand in its decor and laid back yet very charming in its service. Don't expect blazing fast internet services, the latest IPL match screening or pumping up the hottest hits on Spotify (it's a wildlife sanctuary, duh!) - perfect for when you want to switch off and disappear. But if you are someone who is used to ordering in via room service at midnight's or loves a mini bar in your room or want fresh linen everytime you wipe your face, then Mary Budden isn't for you. For the rest, it'll be your best find yet.

We stayed at this estate for two nights and our experience was exhilarating!!Mary Budden is deep into the green forest far away from the hustle and bustle of maddening city life !!right from the rooms to the bathrooms to the ambience .. everything was excellent...the staff is super courteous and hospitality is exemplary..special thanks to nitesh thakur from FAndB who went out of the way to serve us each and every meal in the most beautiful manner .we had a wonderful time and will definitely visit again.i have a few suggestions to make though...a few signboards shd be there so that it is easy to locate this hidden gem... secondly estate is little overpriced !!! Loved every bit !!!

Brilliant place to be. Ms. Chopra is an excellent host. Ms. Das and the whole team made our stay as memorable as it could get. For those who love to get close to nature and love reading and writing then Mary Budden Estate is the place to be!
