It a country-wide parcel service. Good service oriented. But, some lapses of nondelivery items should be taken care of to improve their customers satisfaction.

In Nellore this courtier service is not satisfactory.In the first attempt they will wrote a remark that party address /person unget.After our enquiry they will deliver.

Didn't follow any dtdc formal prices, tgey wil tell what ever they think by seeing person or item value.
