Lenskart.com at Dargamitta, Nellore

Models have been drastically increased from my previous visit. Executive clearly explained the types of lenses and offers available. A pocket friendly qualitative brand finally in nellore.

The frames, which I got are decent. Pretty much satisfied with the product and customer treatment. My suggestion is to have the wide range of collections.

Good collection and nice frames. Prompt service. Loved it.

We faced worst and pathetic experience with Nellore store. let me brief that.. we went to the store around 10:40 AM on 13th March 2021 and the person at the shop told me.. we are opening the shop now and shop timings starts from 11 AM. So we decided to wait till shop starts operations. He told me immediately there is no power in shop it will come 12PM..but as per knowledge there is power in store( am not sure if there is problem). So we decided to come by 12 instead of spending time IN front of store and come back around 12PM. We asked manager for checkup. He replied wait as already 3 members there before you. I explained what happened at the time of 10:40 after that he told me we don't consider that we will count only who are standing at shop. This answer is very worst as lenskart offering appointment in website but Nellore store manager asking us on floor...how carelessness it is?..in continuation he asked me how many members going for eye check up.. i replied we all required test...he replied we wont do test for all and we test only who are going to purchase.. this is very stupid response of the manager. Because we went to purchase the spects..to buy the glasses we should go for test right? what his intension to told like that..i replied boss we are came here to buy glasses.. but before that we need to test our sight levels. How can you ask such question. He told us get out from the shop.. I got angry and replied we dint came to your home or some where.. this is a store and running under merchant establishment act.. so every one has rights to visit the shop and purchase what ever they required. You should not suppose to say like this.. situation went wrong happened to manhandling stage.. I feel shame on the employees behavior lenskart Nellore store. I am a customer of lenskart and i purchased many items in Chennai perumbakkam lenskart store and the staff response and behavior is very good. I thought Lenskart is doing good and that is the reason i visited Nellore store. But totally faced very worst situation. Lenskart and store owner should know why people are coming to ur shop as more than 100' s of glasses shops are available in Nellore and how our manager and staff behaving with customer.. I am saying all these things honestly and if you have any doubt.. please verify CCTV footage...Store owner and lenskart need to think about their staff behavior how they are treating customers.. I am pity on this as how he becomes lenskart store manager event he doesn't aware about merchant establishment act and how can he supposed the customer to get out of the shop.. All this happened while i visited the store with family..I don't think people wont visit to store with family as site seeing or something..

The way they are responding and suggesting the frames is pretty good. Visit the store for the same experience.
