We visited Aquarium (Port Blair) at Rajiv Gandhi Nagar few years back. Even now it's a fresh, bright and healthy in appearance. We were stunted to see few live marine fishes. Here there are varieties of collection of corals. Outside the aquarium there's an external frame work of bone of a whale. The marine lives have been displayed in a pleasant and remarkable style or manner. The collection of beautiful corals are inspiring awe.

It is best place to see the marine life of andaman.. There is a wide collection of sea creatures such as fish,crabs,corals,shells etc..

Though not big & cannot be compared to city/foreign aquariums, the place is informative & maintained well. Kids will enjoy the place. There’s a park nearby too, just behind the aquarium & hence the place acts as both a science centre & an entertainment centre.

You don't have to be a marine enthusiast to visit this place. Colorful fishes, crabs, lobsters, variety of Marine creatures are present here. More appropriate if visiting with kids.
