This is the only public library in Bettiah West Champaran, inside which children do not study outside it. There is a very small library. I think it is the smallest library in the world. While our West Champaran is the largest district in Bihar and 38 districts. And I have not seen it open till date. Perhaps if the children were open, hundreds of children go inside the library and prepare for their competition and study in this library campus.
