Completely avoid even if you get it for free!! Giving one star as can't do zero or negative. Filthy & smelly rooms, lobbies. Staff is so unprofessional, unhelpful and arrogant as if I came to a dharamshala to stay for free. Don't eat food if you wish to stay alive. No measures for Covid. You might as well get one if you go there. Can't believe they are operating openly with such disgusting place.

Was staying here as family was home quarantined. Rude staff, overpricing during pandemic - have you lost your sense of compassion ??nWorst part is how manager chose to deal with customers. If you want to book room here maKe sure you come with extra money and come without your self respect

I booked rooms for my relatives who visited Delhi for medical purpose..on their arrival, the arrogant guy in reception cancelled booking giving a dramatical reason that they need local guaranter for staying in hotel...I think they have given room at higher price to someone else....I suggest them dont do such annoying activity because there are thousand of better hotels to stay in delhi and not all customers have peaceful mind to bear fraud ....Dont assure on their bookings

Insensitive and ill-mannered manager. Not following any Covid protocol and if you complaint then manager is ready with his goons. Requesting everyone to avoid as much as possible.
