I really loved the place after 2-3 hours of arriving. Due to some miss understanding they gave us a stay in there no n premium property. They were kinda rude but after they understood that our booking was if this premium property they said that they are upgrading our stay which was funny.nnSo please at the time of booking please be sure what you book cause there are two property with same name just premium attached to one.

Its well sanitized place, friendly and helpful staff,good service and food service. There is a beautiful swimming pool, which was clean and safe to use.. Great dinner, lunch and BF.

It's a great place to enjoy with family or with kids or as couples or friends.. But the GST and CST they charge for food and everything else is too much.. And if any emergency occurs forget about anything else they don't even have a band-aid or Even a proper kit box..

Really smaller than expected from the photos. However its very close to Baga Beach and Tito's Lane, which is a big plus point.nThe rooms are not cheap. Get the rooms on top floor, but they don't have exhaust in the bathroom on top rooms. The swimming pool is really small. The staff is really polite and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious.

Very slow room services, they won’t comply to work until you call them 10 times, better go for other stay options for the same budget. Not worth the price, rooms are not up to price. Location is great though but finding better than this stay is not at all an issue in Baga. I do not recommend staying here
