Amazing service, food. staff was very friendly. Quick service and the food was amazing... made sure tat rooms were clean. Towels n sheets were changed everyday. Made us like being at home with loved ones. Thank you De Alturas.

This the all other reviews before going. They all are true. In this resort premium room is far better than a grand premium room. Also keep in mind the reception desk manager is not fit to be in the hotel business. The staff are not that friendly at all and if you looking for a good comfortable stay go to Radisson which is far far better for the price

The Resort, accommodation, meal served was very good. The staff specially *Mr.PARESH* was also polite and cooperative. I wish Mr. Paresh all the best. Overall the Resort Dr Alturas was very good. But resort is at narrow road, big bus etc. Difficult to reach. Tempo traveller can reach there easily.

1. Room was stinkingn2. Room were spacious but the ambience is like of Rs 500-1000 hoteln3. You have call twice or thrice to reception for any servicen4. Food Were Good.n5. They will say that they have upgraded the room however it seems all rooms are same.

Hotel is maintained very well, the staff is sweet and helpful in all ways. I disagree with all the bad reviews, this property is very good. The house keeping kept our room clean at all times. The rooms were luxurious and will visit again.
