Rooms are spacious but not much clean. Staff is very cooperative. In this budget the hotel is good. Still room cleanliness is required. Location is OK. Parking available. Swimming pool is worst.

Nothing was good about the property,the manager was unprofessional and negligent,the rooms were very dirty,small and OVERPRICED,a hotel whose pictures resembled to a 4 star property but actually is a 2 star hotel.nNote:NOT RECOMMENDED

Place is excellent. Staff are very professional. You can definitely ask for Sheen ( manager) for any assistance and he is very professional and humble to help u instantly. Breakfast is just awesome. Menu is extensive. Over all I would rate this place 5/5

Visiting Goa for the first time with my Wife. I was looking for a good decent hotel. Browsing through the net came across this hotel and loved its pics(which are actually not the real pics especially the outdoor area).nI booked the most expensive Opulent Jacuzzi room for 3 nights. Reached there with full excitement which soon turned to be a nightmare.nI had my voucher in hand which my agent booked but the hotel staff straight away denied it saying we haven’t booked any such room.nFinally we ended up staying in a very low, unhygienic, and poorly maintained room which was not to our standard.nI will not suggest this place.nThankfully it was Goa, and it’s beautiful beaches that made our trip memorable not the hotel.nHighly recommended not to book here.
