Its just amazing place to spend a good holiday..hardly 200mts far from beach..close to market,the care taker is too good and supportive..always..having smiling face...worth to have a pleasant stay...
Excellent resortnGood place to make Peace
Very poor accessibility with a 4 wheeler to the villa. So not suitable for elderly guests. I have seen the owner responding to some earlier feedbacks stating there’s space for parking one car whereas no 4 wheelers could even reach anywhere close to the gate of the villa.nVilla needs some plumbing work as one of the taps in the kitchen was loose and just came out flooding the kitchen floor. The caretaker was quick to respond and fixed it though it was a late evening call. Very dedicated and sincere guy.nThe nonstick pans kept in the kitchen are in a pathetic state and are not nonstick pans anymore.nGlasses were not of uniform size and shape. Also the number of glasses were not sufficient for a group of 12.nServiceability of Gas stove was only 75% as 1 burner was defective.nHope the owner takes this feedback in a very positive manner and start fixing it one by one to improve the services provided rather than being defensive and give excuses.
Nice place to stay for group of 6-8 ppl. The property is fully functional with all the amenities. Candolim beach is walkable distance (600 mtrs). Only problem is the car parking; as the approach road is very narrow.
Pure Heritage Feel... Peaceful Mornings and Romantic Evenings... Enjoyed our stay... My Parents are very impressed with the beauty and coziness of the Villa.nnStaff is also very helpful.
