It's a beautifully designed condo style accommodation with manicured landscaped garden and swimming pool. Most 1/2/3 BHK apartments overlook the central courtyard styled garden and swimming pool. Each of the 6 condos is 3 storeys high and has elevators. All the best eating and partying places and beaches are in a 2km radius.

Half of the apartment in the building are under construction when I visited. So the noise from that was not good during the day. The lift was not working. The pool was under renovation. Other than that it is close to the famous beaches in Goa. Nice place to stay I'd say around after 6 months from this post.

It's an okay place, although had more expectations from it but it was still a good location to stay. The new buildings are still in construction making them a bit unpleasant to live in. Other wise the Airbnb service for this place was still good. Pool was closed although it wasn't mentioned while we booked it. Ok..ok.kind of... Such a beautiful building but there is no proper maintenance.. Feels lonely no security around.. You are left alone in the lobby with the workers as there is construction work in place....

Nicely maintained place. Of course except the swimming pool... otherwise neat and clean.
