Zero stars for service. They tell you to not book from website and pay cash on visit. They negotiate everything on phone but on the last day they tell you the car is not available and to go for another car. On the day of visit, they dont pick calls. After a lot of hassle they give a car to you but ask for a bike in return as a security deposit or a high amount. The car which we got had a broken compartment. After 1 minute of driving, it stopped because of no petrol. We tried calling them, but they again did not pick up the calls. After wasting so much time and energy on this, we decided to return the vehicle and get a refund.

Worst experience i've ever had. Lengthy forms to fill, Illogical fines, the car was in a bad condition, the people never answer your calls after they get the money. In order to rent out a car you have to deposit a large sum or 7k or your two wheeler with it's keys. The car they provided kept breaking down. Would never recommend to anyone.
