I personally like zoomcar for safety and security. No buddy will disturb you for example drivers again and again that sir I am getting late or something. Zoomcar is self driving car go with your own. If you want to spend more time with your friends you can. No one will disturb you. Rental is also affordable.

Their fuel indicator have some issues ,even if their fuel shows 30% its actually 20% so if you fill fuel make sure its indicator is working properly

Has to improve in Raipur. Was happy to see a Creta in their list. Unfortunately, turned out to be an old Karnataka car. Also once booked there is no cancellation option, though there is an extend option! Their app is very good though

Worst customer support. I booked a car and their was exterior as well as interior damage. Their was zero attention towards customers safety. I would highly recommend not to book from zoom car.
