It's Royal. In close proximity to the Mcleodganj, about 15 minutes. You don't need to be hanging up there in Mcleodganj all day, as you can retreat here for a relaxing evening. The hotel services are good. Hot water available on tap 24x7. Views from the hotel can be seen in the photos.

We expected a premium service from a big brand hotel but it was just average. We did a late night check in and took two rooms. None of rooms had working TVs as their subscription was expired and staff was not able to recharge it. We asked for blankets and which came out to be too dirty and we decided not to use them. Blower AC fan was not working in one of the room and staff was not able to fix it. DO NOT give their restaurant even a try. Food was pathetic. Even a road side dhaba could have given better food. Only plus was room and bathroom were neet and clean and had a great ambiance. Roof top and balcony views were great. But with so many disappointments on service would not like to recommend to anyone else.
