A blunt owner and worst service
Very unprofessional set of people. After sending confirmatory mail of prices and room at the first floor, at the last moment they hiked up the prices and said they had confirm room at the back. Owner very money minded and rude to talk to. He had initially quoted a higher price (that we did not confirm). His general manager however gave us a discount and confirmed by mail (we can attach the mail if desired) and we confirmed. At the last minute the disowned the mail asking for a higher price quoting that his GM was incompetent and he did not know what he was doing. We were lucky that we had called a day before to ask for directions other wise we would have had to succumb to their demands. We immediately got another hotel booked for our trip. Please refrain from visiting such hotels. It was a nightmare over phone

Very nice hotel.. food was specially good.. nice garden in front to relax in evenings with activities (like swings for kids, badminton/TT for adults, etc) for all.. well behaved staff..
