I had my wedding there. It was a nightmare.nI slept in a room with leaking roof but other rooms were ok. The staff didn't serve hot water when my father asked and refused to provide tea during ceremonies at night but they didn't forget to ask for the tip.nThe DJ played music as he was at a funeral and was making sure to play bad music if people started dancing. The DJ also was very rude and unprofessional.nQuality of food was average.nMarriage is a one time experience so if want it to be good then please look somewhere else or else there'll be no use crying over spilled milk.

To expensive for the services offered. Room didn't had towels/bath-robes, geyser was not working, no cable/dish connection, kettle wasn't working, room service wasn't readily available. Besides the cons the room was pretty big and had decent bedding all for 2000/- per night(feb'20).

Good Hotel and Palace. Marriage and other party functions can be done easily here. Parking space available.n3 star rooms are also available.nJust 5 KM from Kangra Busstand towards Palampur.nnDo always advance booking.

Excellent service with very clean room and bathroom. Hotel manager is very helpfulnAnd nothing was too much. . Food - the best food I had in a very long time. There is a lot to do in surrounding area. Good for a short break. We had a great stay.

Natural beauty in front of your window.nDeluxe rooms are sufficiently large and well furnished..nBut before booking please call at hotel because sometimes the did not gave room due to marriage parties
