Booked it for my parents and they were pretty disappointed. Could not cancel the booking because we saw how pathetic the hotel is after arriving. Food is horrible and expensive. The husband-wife cook ordinary food themselves and charge like hotels. The location is pretty far and there are no restaurants nearby. The Geyser was not working at the time of winters. How were we supposed to go to the temple without a bath? It was a horrible experience.

A good place to stay in main Kangra town, with scenic view of the mountains. Market is nearby, it’s easy to get what you need by going on foot. It’s a new construction, the amenities are offered at reasonable prices. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay, without pinching your budget, then you can surely book a room at Summer Palms.

It is a nice Hotel to stay in Kangra. It is at a distance of 100m from the main road. The attached road is a but congested, but bike can easily go through the tight area.nThe hotel has a small parking space.nnPositives: Location is a bit away from the main road, so you are not bothered with unwanted noise of vehicles.nPricing is also attractive.nRooms are airy and well furnished.nAll the basic necessities are available.nStaff is young and polite.nnNegatives: service is a bit slow and hot water supplies is a bit laggy.nnOverall, nice hotel with nice interior and justified pricing.

Absolutley friendly stay..nYou may not find such cooperative people in kangra.nEnjoy the stay with such properties with scenic view.
