Must visit, The food, vibe and music was fabulous. Menu was short and nice. There was a variety of cuisine to chose from - Chinese, Italian and Indian. Which is great because my parents like eating Indian while me and my brother like exploring other things.As for the Ambience, it is nice and it’s huddled away and is surrounded by trees. There are books to choose from. Staff is friendly and cheerful . Service was very quick which is a major plus.The portion of pizza is big and it was yum. The number of stars corresponds exactly to the number of chocolate items I could find on the menu.nnWith a name like 'The Chocolate Log' you'd expect there to be lots of chocolate items and in different variations. But instead of chocolate pancakes there's garlic naan on the menu.nThe place is clearly having an identity crisis. Easier thing to do would be to change the name and outlook. The better thing to do would be to change the menu.nnTalking about the only item that was made of chocolate. It was a triple chocolate cake. Did not enjoy it at all. It wasn't soft or melting in my mouth. Rather it was really dry and hard to swallow.nnDisappointed.nnI actually liked the interiors. One other good thing, they had live music when I visited.

A must visit spot in McLeodganj!! Took our team out for lunch at The Chocolate Log. The food was exceptional!! Everything from the chicken to the momos was perfect. The staff was warm and welcoming and the service was great! Couldn't recommend it more.
