During Last of year. Service my car was delivered without checking the job card/ works asked to do. Tyre rotation was not done, alignment not confirm, battery electrolyte level was not checked. After delivery they made excuses. It means lack of professionalism at service centre. I like Tata's car but buy further Maruti's dur yo service experience and their attitude towards customer.

Very bitter experience of car service , no proper customer handling,falls talks , attitude of staff is like they are district magistrate not managers. They scam you for money. 3 free service they scam me by saying it's paid service. Don't ever go there they are money looters.nWorst day when I buy car from them.

I can't just put all the blame on one person but it was the worst ever experience I had ever in any car show. Only thing which can be appreciated was the tea served.

Good evening sirnI'm not happy with the jkr motor servicing center''''' they have only washing the altroz...I request them to install new version software but not upgraded...back seat was not properly lock...not able to adjust the back seat properly....In repairing way the (people are)your mechanic was working with mobile torch light.n. what a wonderful seen that was ... Repairing way not properly visibleI. can't explain in words... they don't ask even a Cup of tea when I taken lunch...in second service only washing..not anymore...I wasted three to four hours... and 10-12 litre petrol...nPlease send them instructions properly maintenance the servicing of vehicles....nThanks
