Everything is good in the shop the owner is polite and helpful and as I was reading other reviews I don't know why the people are giving reviews on the behalf of there friends as there friends don't use any smart device or they are paid to do so for reduce the rating.nBut the shop is nice and owner is helpful .

It breaks my heart to tell you that, we bought a puppy 3 weeks ago. The puppy wasn’t given vaccinations properly by the doctor of the pet shop and we were not guided by them either. The puppy got infected before we bought it and died in few days. It is so sad to know that the owner takes no responsibility for the small lives they are dealing with. People don’t just buy pets to tame them but add a member to their family, investing their money and emotions to keep them healthy and alive. Owner is very misleading and doesn’t take responsibility of the animals, they just sell them like any other non living object without any proper medical check up.nI would not recommend anyone to make any business with this pet shop. I hope they realise that they are at fault if so many people are complaining about the same thing. Own up to your mistakes as other people go through the repercussion of your actions.nThank You

Labra Normal is 8k or 9knAnd heavy bond 12k 13k..nnnd they selling normal in 18knAnd heavy in 20k abovennThey doing a scam..so i recommend dont buy from this shop

The shop is having good ambience .The lady owner give perfect advice for the purchase of pet with complete information about how to keep Pet and Beautiful part is the service when ever I call them they respond very quick very well way I got the service at 11 pm in Night at my door step .nThe good thing clinical service and sale of accessories showroom is separate,also I got medical card from the shop how vaccinate the petnI would recommend this shop as best shop compare to other shop in city .

Excellent service! Very helpful and nice people, I got a GSD from Rana pet shop and clinic since then it's my one stop for all his supplies, food and treatment.
